Jacqueline Collen was in the Hercules episode "As Darkness Falls".  She played a woman named Penelope who was kidnapped by a centaur on the day of her wedding.  Hercules was temporarily blinded and had to rely on his friend Salmoneous to save Penelope and her bridesmaid from the centaurs.
