In this episode, Sinbad and crew decide to help a woman named Julianner get home to check on her father, who had not written her in a long time.  Once they reach her homeland, they find frightened villagers, monstrous lizards, and a father much larger than the one Julianner remembered.  Once realizing that Mahmud was beyond reason in his new "godlike" state, they led him to his death and brought peace back to the village.
