Sinbad and crew came to the aid of an old friend named Talia just before she was about to be executed for thievery.  Talia had stolen a map to a temple that contained a large diamond called the Eye of Kratos that she wanted to "destroy".  When they found out that the priests were fakes who just wanted offerings from the pilgrims that came to see the Eye, the crew decided to help.  Things did not go according to plan however when Sinbad and Talia were captured.  The rest of the crew dodged temple guards and booby traps, and made it to Talia and Sinbad before they became breakfast for a large spider.  They got the diamond and exposed the priests for what they were, and the pilgrims got their belongings back.  The Eye turned out to be a fake, so Talia set her sights on a larger prize - the Nomad.
