Sinbad and his crew were hired to rescue a woman named Jial and return her to her husband in this episode.  They were given a bag full of items useful to gain entry into the Valley of the Colossus, where they could find Turhan's hideout, as he was the man who captured Jial.  The whole thing turned out to be a mistake though, as Jial truly loved Turhan and only agreed to marry the other man to prevent Turhan's death.  While the rest of his crew was held hostage by a deadly lizard, Sinbad and Turhan came to the rescue, and the whole group worked together to save Jial and reunite the pair.
