In this episode, Sinbad and crew go to Basra to obtain a gift of peace from the leader, Omar, to bring back to the caliph of Baghdad.  The only problem is that Rumina is in town, and she wants the obelisk for herself.  Rumina captures Sinbad, makes him tiny, and then causes a lot of trouble by making herself look like him.  She caused Doubar, Rongar, and Firouz to be put in jail and Omar to take back his offer of peace.  Maeve (who had sought out Dim-Dim's wife, Cairpra) came to the rescue and was able to restore Sinbad to his normal size with Cairpra's help.  Just as Rumina was about to get her hands on the obelisk, Sinbad stepped in and made her reveal her true form and leave.
