This episode was about Tommy and Kimberly's first date in the park. Rita didn't want them to have any fun so she turned Kimberly's ugly purse and Trini's lipstick into monsters for the Power Rangers to fight.  They won (of course) and Kim got her mother's purse back safe and sound.
