These pictures are of Jason Narvy in the movie "Extreme Heist".  Jason Narvy played Skull in Power Rangers and teamed up with Johnny Yong Bosch for this movie.  In it, they are a team of crooks who find themselves in the middle of a scam fighting for their lives.   It was really cool to see him in a more serious role, as the character of Skull didn't really have much depth to it.
