This episode was the first in the Turbo series, picking up where the movie left off.  Adam, Rocky, Tanya, and Kat are getting ready for Graduation Day, while Tommy is off racing cars for his uncle.  Their new enemy Divatox comes to Angel Grove and wants to destroy the Energy Center.
