When Kimberly's car gets stolen, Bulk and Skull commandeer a taxi cab and try to help her chase down the crook.  While on the chase, Rita and Zedd place a spell on the cab and turn it into a monster with the three teens inside.  Tommy and the others use their Zords to free their friends and defeat the monster.
