Tommy gets a present for Kimberly's garden: a cactus from Arizona, which quickly gets turned into a monster by Lord Zed and Rita.  When the Rangers go to the Command Center to find out what happened, Kimberly gets sucked into a time warp and is sent to Angel Grove in the past.  She meets her friends old west counterparts and is very unhappy to find that Goldar, the putties, and the cactus monster have also made their way into the past.
