In this episode, Decker chases the team through a small fishing town as they attempt to stop illegal fishing acts.  A man named Garber does such acts and pays everyone in the town to look the other way.  The team helps a family terrorized by Garber fix their boat and get him behind bars, all while trying to dodge Decker and the MPs.
