Indy and Sophia were from the old computer game "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis".  Indiana Jones was the legendary archaeologist whom you probably know from the movies.  Sophia Hapgood was his partner in this game; a psychic who journeyed with him to find the long lost city of Atlantis.

The game "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis" is a point-and-click computer game that is very nostalgic for me.  Whenever I play it I think back to when I was younger, when our whole family would sort of play it together.  We all had our favorite parts and my parents would usually help me out with the balloon ride and the submarine parts (among others) that I wasn't able to do. This game doesn't work on our computer anymore because it is so old, but when we got an older computer set up just to play all these games we have, it reminded me how much I loved this game and this pairing.  Since we were finally able to take screenshots from it, we just had to make a section for Indy and Sophia.

Indy and Sophia were one of the very first couples that we were fans of.  They were actually kind of like the first Sinbad and Maeve, because the two couples had a lot in common.  Indy and Sophia bantered a lot throughout the game, and even though they tried to deny it, they really liked each other.  (Plus, they even kind of looked like Sinbad and Maeve!)  When we first made this Soulmates section, we really wanted to include them but had no way to take pictures, let alone play the game.  We are really happy that we can now do both, so we can share this adorable couple!
