These pictures are from the Ally McBeal episode "The Wedding".  Josh played a high school student named Malcolm Wyatt who was suing a girl for breaking her promise of going to the prom with him.  Ally was the lawyer and when they lost she agreed to be his date, as long as he would sing a solo at the prom.
