Sebby cosplayed as Chibitalia from Hetalia for Otakon this year. Our mom made his outfit and we were thrilled with how adorable it turned out. A lot of people recognized who he was dressed as and we had a lot of fun bringing him again! On Sunday he wore the new sweater we got for him in the Artist's Alley and his Moogle hat.
