The Sims 2: The Kitazawa Family (page 1)
This family originally consisted of Yuki Kitazawa, Yoshiki, and their dad.  Yuki eventually moved out, dated Eiri (so that Eiri would remember his death), concieved his twin sons Riku and Randy (I didn't mean for them to have twins), and then died in front of Eiri.  Yoshiki grew up to be a woman and took responsibility for raising Riku after his mother moved out with Randy.  (I wanted to keep the family close to the way it was in the manga, so they had to leave.)
